v1.20 upgrade guide shows "1.19 Upgrade Notes" section #47595

What happened?

When looking at the upgrade guide for v1.20, I noticed the section for upgrade notes is rendering as "1.19 Upgrade Notes" instead of "1.20 Upgrade Notes". This part is rendered dynamically depending on the current release so I'm not sure what went wrong there.
