Is your feature request related to a problem?

Our usecase involves distributing audio/video feeds to multiple consumers running in the cluster, via UDP and multicast.

Describe the solution you'd like

L3 multicast support in Cilium. Throwing this idea here to see if it makes sense at all to have this and if it’s even possible. Thanks!
