Consolidates 5 Dependabot PRs into one: - redis 7.0.0 → 7.1.0 (lockfile only, kept >=5 constraint) - pytest 8.3.4 → 9.0.2 - ruff 0.9.7 → 0.14.14 - mkdocs-material 9.5.13 → 9.7.1 - uvicorn 0.38.0 → 0.40.0 Also simplifies the code quality section in AGENTS.md to just recommend `uv run prek run --all-files`.
