Description
Disentangle Server options docs.
We came up with a method of versioning docs for Server options, but haven't kept up with it. Now we're providing docs for v13 and v14 of Server, but don't have content for v15.
This removes that configuration and just states on each option when it was added (if it was recently added) and when it became EOL (if it's recently EOL).
This supersedes the docs changes in #3738
