Dev quickstart

1. Install & run Ganache. Ensure it's running on port 7545.
2. Run truffle migrate --reset at project root.
3. Run npm start in the ui directory to start frontend.

Contract development

Modify contracts and run truffle test. Modify test scripts if need be.
