github: workflow auto exec

make gen && make check && make build

local dev:

# build image
docker build --network host -t huatuo/huatuo-dev:latest -f Dockerfile.devel .

# make / check etc.
docker run -it --privileged --network=host -v $(pwd):/workspace -w /workspace huatuo/huatuo-dev:latest sh
