Github's Ubuntu 22.04 LTS image's libssl-dev package was [updated] last November. This package is incompatible with the openssl-sys crate version specified in Cargo.lock, and is creating build failures. Run `cargo update -p openssl-sys` to fix. [updated]: actions/runner-images#6604 type: fixed
