Problem description
As per Issue#431 and related PR#455, 422 - IDENTIFIER_MISMATCH is removed since MetaRelease Fall25.

Testing documentation must be aligned with this guideline, removing any reference to that exception

As initial impact detected, Testing artifacts need to be updated:
C01-device-errors.feature
C02-phoneNumber-errors.feature

To remove the associated testing scenario
