Create the About pages for Professor William A. Goddard III and the Materials and Process Simulation Center using the Content-as-Code approach. All content is directly embedded in TSX components for type safety and version control.

Tasks:

• Create src/app/(public)/about/wag/page.tsx with WAG biography and achievements
• Create src/app/(public)/about/msc/page.tsx with MSC center introduction
• Add book section to WAG page with collapsible table of contents
• Implement photo display and CV download functionality
• Add proper SEO metadata for both pages
• Ensure responsive layout and consistent styling
