- Added "add to programs menu" and "add to quick launch" commands to the shell context menu
- If a shortcut that was added has been deleted but the target still exists, use the target where possible
- This is useful if you "add to programs" a shortcut from your desktop, then delete it from your desktop
- Fixed being unable to drag desktop icons to the programs menu
- Adding exe files without a file description no longer throws an error
