gethostbyaddr: fail with
When `ares_cancel()` was invoked, `ares_gethostbyaddr()`
queries would fail with `ENOTFOUND` instead of `ECANCELLED`.
It seems appropriate to treat `ares_cancel()` like `ares_destroy()`,
but I would appreciate review of the correctness of this change.
