Problem / Motivation

I would like to be able to reorder recipient chips of senders within each of the To, CC, and BCC fields. It's not meant to be meaningful at a protocol level, but it's something that would be easy when directly modifying the plaintext.

Proposed Solution

Support drag-and-drop targets between each of the existing email addressee chips, as well as at the start and end of the list.

Alternatives Considered

Deleting and readding. Dragging out, and then back in, in desired order.
