Description

I enabled auto-create and auto-subscribe for the following mailboxes in Stalwart:

And I see the duplicated Scheduled folder in Bulwark webmail:

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the Stalwart Web UI, go to Settings -> Email -> Defaults
2. Configure like this:

Expected Behavior

Expect no duplicated Scheduled folder in Bulwark webmail.

Actual Behavior

Current behavior is that Bulwark webmail shows duplicated Scheduled folder.
