The changes in #1459 has led to report section to be added in configuration file. At the moment we have set a default on the row counts. With this change we can't see all the records because count is set in the configuration file. It can be overridden via buildtest report --count. If user wants to get all records i think we should have a special value perhaps buildtest report --count=-1 or something to retrieve all records.

Currently the user has to put a really high number to achieve this task but that is not good.
