current we have buildtest config compilers find --update write the content of configuration into the same configuration file, it would be nice to have an option to specify an alternative filepath where configuration file will be run

For instance if someone wants to write file to /tmp/buildtest.config.yml

buildtest config compilers find --file /tmp/buildtest.config.yml -u
