Issue Description

Few of the sub-sections in the buildtest documentation need to be re-arranged into relevant main sections.

Like https://buildtest.readthedocs.io/en/devel/api/index.html and https://buildtest.readthedocs.io/en/devel/command.html
can be moved to the Reference section, some sub-sections of Buildspec Tutorial [(https://buildtest.readthedocs.io/en/devel/buildspec_tutorial.html) can be moved to the Explanation section etc,.
