Description

use is another single command which we can migrate to Kong.

Changes

• Migrates the use and use_test files to the cmd/use/ directory

• Removes old files

• Adds command to main.go using Kong format

• Additionally, fan gofumpt -l -w . and it formatted some Octal numbers

Testing

• Tests have run locally (with go test ./...)
• Code is formatted (with go fmt ./...)
