QwQ-32b supports tool calling through llama-server. But sometimes QwQ-32b follows system prompt to generate JSON (RESPONSE FORMAT) but not tool calling (JSON string as an argument).
Here's the quick fix, when tool_calls is empty, try to parse from context. (llama-server can handle reasoning_context well).
