This tests out well! I ran this branch against the sqllogic-ztests last night at commit f2f6d0b and it allows 31,251 additional queries to execute successfully and return the expected result. |

This commit adds a separate runtime operator for scalar aggregates. If no input is encountered scalar aggregates return default values for each aggregate value.
