💛 Beyond work

I was born with a cleft lip and wrote a children's book about it in kindergarten called My Puzzling Smile. It's now used by doctors, hospitals, and schools worldwide — funded by Procter & Gamble and recognized with a Walt Disney "Dreamers & Doers" award. The book and its companion are still available through Clefts United, which I founded in 2008.
