Skip single-char keywords (e.g. "a", "I") from scoring/highlighting in both FindMatchingLines and ExtractRelevant to reduce noise. Add AddPhraseMatchLocations to inject the full multi-word query as a phrase match, so lines with the exact phrase rank highest. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <[email protected]>
