feat: add ctrl+l to force full screen redraw - #521

Add a Redraw command bound to ctrl+l in the anywhere mode. This clears the terminal and forces a complete repaint, fixing rendering artifacts from fast navigation or terminal resize edge cases. Standard behavior for terminal applications.
