Describe the bug

Hi. I am noticing a delay when rendering multiple modals using the new BApp framework. The first modal appears to be immediately responsive, but subsequent modals have a noticeable delay. Reproduction is linked below. Click the button, then click the button inside following modals to add to the stack. You will see the title update on click, with a noticeable lag in the actual modal coming. I've set noAnimation=true.

In observing the html it looks like there is a transient <span class="b-list-enter-active b-list-enter-to"> that appears in the modal list that matches the same timing as the delay I'm seeing, unsure what that is but seems related. (see attached video clip)
