Describe the bug

After updating the text content of a tooltip created using the v-b-tooltip directive, it disappears instead of updating the text as expected. The updated tooltip appears after moving the mouse off the element with the tooltip and hovering it again. I've observed this behavior using Firefox 134.0b7 and Chrome 131.0.6778.140 in macOS.
