This PR removes 3 templates which have been updated since WC 9.4 several times and will be updated in upcoming WC 9.7 again. Filters and actions are used now to create the same result and is more update safe. Best time to get rid of more WC templates.
Tested and works fine. Is already live on bootscore.me.
