Add a button to allow user to Pause the Book Dock working task.

What problem does it solve?

Currently once the Book Dock finds books in the Book Dock folder it proceeds to scan and get ready for finalizing or if Auto-Finalize is set, it will add to BookOrbit automatically.

If a Large set of books still remain in the Book Dock folder there is no way to tell BookOrbit to Pause the Task while user does maintenance on the server (Restart Container, Backups, Whatever) or simply work in the Newly added books that fail to extract folders or metadata issues.
