Allow user to discard books already in BookOrbit from within the Finalize Results Window/Modal

What problem does it solve?

Currently in Book Dock, If a Book is detected as already in library it remains in limbo in the "READY" state. there is ZERO indication this book is already in BookOrbit. Forcing user to select the book or books, chose the library it going to and click "START" to finally be told the book is already in BookOrbit.

Then user has to click "DONE" and RESELECT the books again so that we can 'Discard" the books from the Book Dock folder.
