What's your idea?

Currently if a book has a sidecar opf file that links to an image, for example:

    <guide>
        <reference type="cover" title="Cover" href="cover.jpg"/>
    </guide>

This is ignored when importing the book into the library (although, after release 1.9.0, the rest of the metadata are now fetched).

It would be nice if this cover would be imported too,

What problem does it solve?

Importing covers from existing metadata, for example when importing a Calibre librari

Anything else? (optional)

Also image files in the same folder as the book should be at least available for manual selection as covers when editing metadata.
