What went wrong?

download the most recent book from OPDS catalog in KOReader on a Kindle Oasis device, before and during downloading, that book shows up as a different book than the one actually downloaded

in this case, "Empire of AI" ended up as "Children of Dune"

Steps to reproduce

1. go to Search -> OPDS Catalog in KOReader
2. add Catalog with all the necessary parameters
3. open the Catalog, then Recent Books
4. download the 1st book
5. open the newly downloaded book

this ended up as the book imported in BookOrbit library before the most recent one

Expected vs actual behavior

Expected:
it should be the same book I have selected and downloaded.

Actual:
the downloaded book ended up as the one imported in BookOrbit library before the last one.

I have tried:
a. delete "Empire of AI" from the library, then in Finder copy the book into the folder associated with BookOrbit library, hit scan in bookorbit setting > library, redownload in KOReader

b. delete then upload via the web interface, redownload in KOReader

c. delete the catalog in KOReader, add the catalog, then redownload

d. delete koreader's cache folder, redownload

e. delete koreader cache, delete catalog, add catalog, redownload

none of these attempts fixed the issue.
