What went wrong?

I can edit metadata manually in every other field (ones that I have tried so far anyway) and it works great but when I edit the "NARRATOR" field the save button does not even become enabled. If I make the edit and then change lock status the button enables and I can save BUT the name I added to the field does not get saved, just the lock status.

Steps to reproduce

Open a book's metadata
Change/edit the NARRATOR filed
Try and save

Expected vs actual behavior

Expected behavior is that of any other field and I would have the ability to save
