[Feature] Sync Smart Scopes to Kobo #202

Description

What's your idea?

Hi, loving BookOrbit, been using it for a few days and its been great! I was wondering if it would be possible to allow Smart Scopes to sync to Kobo in addition to regular/static collections? I'm not sure if there is a technical limitation that prevents it or not, but it would be great to have since I have a smart scope built off of my "Want to Read" + "Reading" statuses.

What problem does it solve?

One benefit of the default Kobo reader with BookOrbit vs using Koreader is the automatic library syncing opposed to manually pulling from OPDS.

However, since it has to be a static collection, I just have added my entire library to a static Kobo-sycned collection so I don't have to edit it much. As a result, I have way more books on my Kobo shelf than I actually plan to read. If I could use a Smart Scope, then it would be able to dynamically add/remove as I add/remove from my To Read list and not require a second action by me to get it on the Kobo.

Anything else? (optional)

An additional feature could be to add it to the library-level as well, which could maybe be disabled by default so that admins can choose to allow that, especially in the case of enormous libraries. That way the user would be able to choose between syncing their entire library, a static collection, or a Smart Scope collection.

However, if Smart Scopes were implemented you could also just make a Smart Scope where library = libraryid, so it wouldn't necessarily need to be a separate toggle.
