Win / Python 3.8 CI job failing #10514
Description
The Win / Python 3.8 CI job has started failing all the time in the last few days. Here is a passing vs failing full logs:
It's all related to clien/server tests. I am not sure yet what is different, both logs appear to use the same Python and Tornado versions. The obvious notion is something to do with the Proactor event loop that became the default on Win / Python 3.8
