Add a `task_exited` flag to DownloadProgress to track whether the background tokio task has actually finished. This prevents a race where restarting a download immediately after cancellation could result in both the old and new tasks writing to the same .part file. Add connect/read timeouts to the download HTTP client so a hung connection will error out and set task_exited, unblocking retries. Guard pollDownloadProgress with a ref-based Set so repeated loadModels calls cannot spawn duplicate polling intervals for the same model. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <[email protected]>
