This change makes desktop startup always execute goosed directly, so GOOSE_SANDBOX=true no longer activates the sandbox/proxy path at all. On macOS deployments where users rely on that env var for egress/file restrictions, the app now runs unsandboxed while still appearing configurable, which is a security regression rather than just a cleanup.
