form.store.subscribe(...) returns the cleanup function itself, so calling subscription.unsubscribe() during effect teardown will throw when the modal closes or the form instance changes, and the listener will not be removed. This regresses the previously correct cleanup behavior (return form.store.subscribe(...)) and can surface as runtime errors in these modal flows (the same pattern also appears in CreateRecipeFromSessionModal).
