fix: use correct colors for download progress bar#7390

bg-background-subtle and bg-accent-primary are not defined in the theme, making the download progress bar invisible. Replace with bg-gray-700 (track) and bg-blue-500 (fill) which are standard Tailwind colors.

The local models download progress bar was invisible because
bg-background-subtleandbg-accent-primaryare not defined in the theme. Replaced with standard Tailwind colorsbg-gray-700(track) andbg-blue-500(fill).
