Please explain the motivation behind the feature request.

• Some selection dialogs already support "type-to-search" -- in addition to arrow keys for navigation, you can type to filter the selection list
• However, this is missing in a few places where it would be helpful

Describe the solution you'd like

• Type-to-search in:
  • configure provider dialog
  • toggle extensions dialog
  • remove extensions dialog
  • configure tool permissions dialog (both extension and tool search)
  • remove provider dialog
