Please explain the motivation behind the feature request.
My macbook's mic is not working, so i use external mic/headset.

Other audio inputs are available/listed in OSX, so a simple configuration option to select audio input to use with Goose, would be great.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Fixing my macbook maybe? Some day :)
