Describe the bug

I tried installing Goose on both Windows and on macOS. In both cases, the extensions list is empty:

I can chat with the agent successfully, but it's unable to interact with the local filesystem or run shell commands, because it's missing the built-in "Developer" and "Computer Controller" extensions.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download Goose-win32-x64.zip
2. Extract zip file
3. Run Goose.exe

Expected behavior
The built-in extensions should appear in the list of extensions.

Please provide the following information

• Interface: UI
• Version: v1.20.0
• Extensions enabled: (none)
• Provider & Model: anthropic/claude-sonnet-4 via OpenRouter
