Describe the bug
Extensions array is ignored when run from the UI and also when run as scheduled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a recipe that uses specific extensions
2. Note recipe works when directly run and extensions are available globally
3. Try to schedule same recipe
4. Fails not finding the extension

Expected behavior
It should respect and enable the extensions used in the configuration while running but also when scheduled.
