To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select Claude Code as provider
2. Select sonnet
3. Ask claude / goose to edit files
4. Notice that goose constantly refuses to edit files

Expected behavior
Claude should be run in bypass permissions mode when used from goose
