Describe the bug
Getting endless loading spinner when clicking on a granular permission in manual mode overlay.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start a chat
2. Click settings wheel in mode popup next to custom
3. Click on an extension like developer
4. See spinner

Expected behavior
Should allow me to choose the permissions per extension
