Please explain the motivation behind the feature request.
When chatting with goose I'd like a simple way to move to a new conversation. Something similar to CMD+T in a browser.

Describe the solution you'd like
A simple keyboard shortcut that takes me to the home menu and focuses the chat box would be perfect.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I know I can create new sessions (windows) with CMD+N but I'd like to stay in the same window.
