Describe the bug

I'm trying to add the GitHub extension via the GUI and I am getting stuck.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Upon clicking "Install" in the Extensions marketplace, I am taken to the GUI to confirm. I then select "Yes" to confirm the installation which opens the following page in my browser:

https://api.githubcopilot.com//authorize?response_type=code&client_id=mcp-client&state=QKq9iLUNLt4Arzq6plVBvQ&code_challenge=R2XEaiwdtBTeENYPX5RnzZl0N4vJJt4TTTNBsF4r9OE&code_challenge_method=S256&redirect_uri=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%3A50203%2Foauth_callback

This page gives me a 404 page not found response so I can't install the extension.

Expected behavior
The extension should install successfully.
