Please explain the motivation behind the feature request.
This makes it possible to chat with the agent without leaving what I am working with.

Describe the solution you'd like
OpenAI ChatGPT has this feature where you can press a global key combination that shows a small popup window to interact with ChatGPT. I would love it if Goose could do this.
