Describe the bug

If you configure the OpenAI provider, but then go to edit it, the API key is reset to the string "true".

(It shows up as ••••)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Goose for the first time
2. Configure OpenAI provider
3. Go to Settings -> Configure Providers -> OpenAI

Expected behavior
Should preserve entered values.
