Describe the bug

I'm unable to set an API key for LiteLLM. The input field does not show up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Click on 'Models'
3. Click on 'Configure Providers'
4. Click on 'LiteLLM'

Expected behavior
An option to enter an API key is present.

Additional context
Manually setting LITELLM_API_KEY in the config file does not work. No models are shown in "Switch Models"
