Motivation:
When you fill up your context window, Goose doesn't manage it very gratefully. It can also be a mess to shrink your context window while you're in the middle of a task.

Solution:
Improve the existing /summarization flow + add some benchmarking. Have the flow trigger more automatically and pro-actively.

Main concerns:
Maintain transparency to the user when summarization/context window shrinking is happening while being the least interruptive.
