Describe the bug

The Green check mark doesn't get cleared when deleting a provider.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go the Provider Configuration Settings
2. Configure a new provider (make up a fake API Key)
3. click submit
4. Select the Provider you just created
5. Click Configure
6. Click Delete
7. Confirm delete
8. Green check is still there and it appears the delete didn't work

Expected behavior

Expected Green Check mark to disappear

Additional context

If you leave the Provider Configuration Settings UI and come back it updates correctly
