Feature request

Add gfx1150 and gfx1151 to .github/scripts/build-rocm.sh so that bitsandbytes can be installed on this platform with pip install <preview_wheel>.

Motivation

To provide easier usage and better user experience.

If needed I can run the unit tests on this platform to confirm everything is working correctly and provide a log. I've been using bitsandbytes on gfx1151 for the past few weeks and I haven't experienced issues. Unit test coverage is the same as for gfx1201 and gfx1100.
